the judge ruled she wasn’t in an inebriated enough state to affect her consent based off of testimonies of herself, her friends, her family, and the police. every party involved was drunk

Carter Hart is guilty of what he did. he admitted under oath of what he did, he was acquitted which doesn't mean he is innocent. they protected him from consequences of the law but he is still a disgusting man who deserves nothing good
