if they don’t let in trans women or trans fem NBs, that means the trans masc NBs are just being seen as women anyways ;-;

As an afab, I want amab non binaries and trans women around. Let's make trans only events then we are (in theory) all safe

And from experience they’ll generally only treat afab nonbinary people relatively well if we’re not TOO masc. Transmasc nonbinary person on T? Well buddy your clock is ticking.

The women and non binary events make me dysphoric because I feel like I’m still seen as a woman there

Never related more to a meme in my life. I also feel like I have much more pressure to pass. Because I have so much body and facial hair, a deeper voice, a larger body, etc.

As a transfem, I don’t even bother to check out women’s spaces bc 9 times out of 10 they’re just transphobic

untrustworthiness is not exclusively a male trait. they don’t want to be seen as women, that’s why they identify as transmasculine or non-binary. what you are referring to is the general desire basically everyone has to not be labeled as a creep by those around you.

Your rhetoric, knowingly or not, is why I don’t tell most people I was born male It sucks when I hear transphobes say I’m this threat to others purely bc of how I was born, but it’s worse when I hear it from my own community…

I don’t want to get emotional or anything, but do you realize how much it hurts to hear stuff like “oh yeah if you were afab then that means you’re just more trusted by women” as someone who hears that shit from transphobes daily? How dysphoria inducing it can be when all me and other transfems have ever wanted is to not be creepy males? I don’t know why I even bother with trans communities at this point. I hear the same shit in them that I do outside of them when I say I’m NB but was amab
