i love the fact that no matter how much i tell my coworkers i use they/them pronouns , they jus continue to call me she/her like told one today , she said “oh yah that’s hard to remember sometimes” and then continued to call me she :/ shits disrespectful

i once had a coworker like this and she kept commenting abt my deadname vs chosen name and i snapped at her in front of my boss one night 😬 my boss was like period go off but i recognize most bosses would not respond that well, sending sm love!!!!

That's so frustrating omg... like if i'm ever confused on someone's pronouns i just refer to that person by their preferred name its not that hard 😭

this girl asked the day she met me and i was dealing w an org at my uni using my deadname (they searched for it bc it was only in my employment records for that org) and i was like yeah sure here it is bc you can find it online and she like took it as yeah im gonna keep talking to you abt how much better your deadname is sometimes?!! like girl bye
