What are all of the diseases you guys have convinced yourselves you’ve had? Mine have been cancer, als, ms, colon cancer (different from first time), heart attack, gangrene, and already being dead

Some autoimmune diseases, also cancer(colon cancer too), broken heart syndrome, some stds, and I fear sometimes I have some severe neurological disorder

Already being dead is a big one for me, AIDS, some form of cancer, diabetes, autism, crohns, and just the general thought that my body is so dirty and irreparable on the inside.
