crazy how i’m experiencing S ideation right now over a skin infection i had over a year ago that i’m convinced still has left germs everywhere in my apartment and i somehow still have it without symptoms

OCD is so debilitating. I see you. I’m going thru the S ideation too. It feels Like the medicines I was prescribed don’t even settle my anxiety at All anymore

No literally. I got hospitalized for the first time last month because of my s.i. and meds never work for me. Now I’m an intensive outpatient and it’s literally my last resort since nothing else has helped me
