Student cheated. Student faces punishment, etc, teacher may have student cheat again or something less that they can hold over the students head. The cycle continues. That’s what I think is happening here. It’s a perverse rule of law for the elites, and thats the reason they don’t want trump to release the list because EVERYONE is on it, and then it would be equivalent to the school principal finding out and punishing all the students, even the ones who behave after cheating.

Usually the CIA likes to lie about stuff and then declassify it 20 years later and go "yeah we did that, yeah it breaks several domestic laws and international peace treaties, what are you gonna do about it?"
