alcohol is literally life and body ruining even when you quit cold turkey. nicotine itself is not the worst but they put it in harmful stuff. weed is not that great either, the stuff clouds your brain. alcohol by FAR but weed should be the second worst if we are speaking literally about it just being nicotine
