It's kinda like "the" for me where it depends on the situation except I actually don't know what it depends on. Might just be random idk

I use both ˈaɪ.ðɚ and ˈiː.ðɚ, and they’ll switch up depending on what’s easier for me to say in that moment. Unlike a/an and the variance in “the”, “either” does not have any rules behind it and can vary between accents or just change up at random. :)
