If you think of attractiveness in terms of a 10 point scale, it only ever adds on less than a single point. So if you’re a 6/10, you go to a 6.6/10. I was originally going to say that this isn’t a big increase and less valuable than it seems, but as I’m writing this I’m changing my mind. It would be worth it and I now regret my decision to add on an extra 1.1” to my dick’s length and 0.2” to its girth.

Changing ethnicity/race is the least important imo because if you’re broke or unattractive regardless of ethnicity then what’s the point of even changing it??

i just realized do you get to control how the added volume is dispersed? because you could get a 20% larger volume penis all in width or all in length
