It just depends on how I’m feeling and if I’m wearing makeup. If makeup -> over sink. If not -> shower

Some people have amazing genetics OR have skin conditions that flare more with product use. I used to have horrible eczema and washing my face with even gentle cleansers would cause problems (it was a weird kind that was like water activated???)
