I have the exactly same issues. A spy came last month and had me take him on a tour which led me to get nearly written up because I said “no worries” too much and didn’t push back enough. Luckily it was my first two weeks in as a full timer but it just came to the surface this week and there’s been so many penalties from that damn tour since I was the first one whose failed it
