I’d find a job in retail at that point, especially if you’re just living with your parents for now

It doesn’t even pay that much, only $20/hr. I’m also still living with my parents. If I had to move out and live off my savings, I have enough to keep me stable for 8-15 months, if I can’t find a new job immediately.

This job doesn’t really fit a traditional 9-5 day. Sometimes it’s a 6:30am-6:30pm day, other times it’s a 7am-5pm, and there’s night shifts as well. The commute always changes, since I rarely go to a job site two days in a row. I’ve had jobs that were 20 miles away. But recently they’ve been sending me further and further, where I have to travel 100-150 miles one way. This job is never consistent.

You can make 20$/hr as a camp counselor in some places 😭 don’t torture yourself. Leave this job
