I think this depends on what you consider alien life. Do you think that an intergalactic meteor has somehow contained organic matter? I think that’s a high probability. Organic matter (aka life) can be considered “alien life” just bc it’s not native to earth.

If you’re talking about INTELLIGENT extraterrestrial life- yeahhhh probably not. Conspiracy theories aside- the mathematical probability of alt life coming to earth in the short period of time earth has existed (yes it’s short cosmically speaking) the chances are slim to none. Not zero- but still- the margins are thin. The probability that they would both A.) want to visit And B.) Be able to survive our atmosphere and climate. Is slim to none. Life be crazy like that.
