Different races commit crimes at different rates. That’s a fact. But that has nothing to do with due process or investigating a potential crime on the Cornell campus.

Yeah exactly, that's more relevant to a broad, statistics based perspective. This is one isolated, specific crime we're looking at; doesn't matter who tf did it, white, black, asian, whatever, they belong in jail (following due process finding them guilty, as per the law).

potentially, but there were 70+ votes on the one i saw w the majority saying yes and hella comments with several upvotes backing it up. i commented“are we serious” and people responded like i was crazy until i spelt out their racism for them. so even if OP is just trying to start a mess, im appalled at how many real people are genuinely engaging with this thinking
