I’d make it available to the public but ensure that it wasn’t being weaponized or held hostage by controlling who or what organizations get the cure.

I would hold on to the patent and just charge people like a dollar or something per dose. Iirc the guy who made insulin tried to make it more accessible by not patenting it and we all know how that’s going
