I used to have them every day when I was 9 to the point my principal had to get involved. It was like I was choking not being able to breathe in the middle of class and anything could trigger it, and one always led to several more throughout the day

I think guys are just more likely to break down alone at home and never mention it as opposed to in the middle of stressful situations
