Is it normal for me to more often than not forget if I took my medicine that evening or is my memory shot (I need a pill organizer I know)

I have adhd and this is a big issue for me! Actual direct memory issues at college age is uncommon so its likely a side effect of something else

Tbh I was also diagnosed with adhd but I thought the test basic questionnaire was dumb and convinced myself that I didn’t actually have it .. and I was the one who asked for the test. No one ever told me I might have it

Its probably related to that then! If youre able some adhd meds are better at helping the memory thing than others

Yeah I could revisit that sometime maybe and there could be a connection, thanks. I had adderall however you spell it and felt exactly the same but also I gave it like no time. and I said the same thing about every other mental health med I’ve ever took for anxiety/depression so maybe I just don’t notice things myself even if they are working
