Ill believe her but with the utmost respect as a victim myself im not doing more than nodding along and offering sympathy, thats not something you share with people you dont know for SO many different reasons and if help is what shes after a nonprofessional stranger should never be the resort

I genuinely don’t trust half the things people say bc everyone wants to play on someone’s emotions somehow, but if she emotionally confides in me then ofc But some random stranger? Most likely not

same exact thing here and yeah i’d gently ask at some point in the convo if she’s pursued any sort of counseling bc if she’s telling a vague acquaintance about it then she might need professional help
