I prefer a balance of both, like going back and forth on who pays for things

More of an equal distribution! I don’t want to be someone’s caretaker, and I also don’t want a caretaker. Both people buying each other meals/gifts/flowers/etc, just like both doing labor/helping each other/etc, is romantic
