If they’re the most qualified yes. I’m not weak-minded and would never cross the line or step out of my marriage. I can’t believe people are actually so weak that they would do something like that

than to hire them for that reason. Of course the fair thing to do is hire the best person and be a grownup and restrain my own inappropriate impulses.
