Only when they’re talking. If I’m talking, my eyes are darting all over the place

I can with a lot of my close friends but with people I’m not as close to I try to but I feel awkward and just kinda glance around mid conversation

Nah it’s way too awkward for me. Both my eyes are lazy eyes. (I can focus both of them for a little bit, but I get a headache after like a minute) but I constantly look around because I know it makes people awkward when I’m looking at them and one eye is just off. or if I switch looking through to my other eye, the other one goes off.

As far as I can remember, the only people I’ve been able to consistently hold eye contact with are my ex-girlfriends, and MAYBE my Mom and best friends, but I’d need to pay attention and double check.
