Id assumed flossing first, because you want to expose all the enamel so the fluoride in the toothpaste or mouthwash can remineralize it

Floss, brush, tongue scrape, mouthwash, loosen all the stuff between my teeth, clean my teeth and loosen the stuff on my tongue, clean my tongue, rinse + mouthwash

Brushing must always be last! Mouthwash will wash away the toothpaste fluoride that keeps your teeth strong!

They make fluoride mouthwash too. Same rules: no food or drink for 30min after swishing it through your teeth to get all the crannies and nooks

Wait mouthwash feels good tho. Like even if just for self care I fw it. And at worst, even if it has 0 oral hygiene benefits (& it doesn’t), it’s an effective breath freshener.
