I get one every year since COVID is here to stay much like the flu, and I wanna reduce the chances I accidentally spread it to others and make myself less likely to get it or to have a bad time if I did

I get my flu shot but covid isn’t in my area anymore like the flu is, also I got sick with covid twice even after I got the shot. Also not long after receiving the shot my mother had a stroke and was told the shot was the reason for it, tbh I don’t believe that 100% but all healthcare professionals she’s told about it agree that the shot caused it

I’m stuck with Long Covid and it’s permanently fucked with my sleep, my movement, my energy levels, my mental clarity, and word recollection, and my breathing. Get vaccinated, get boosters, and keep being cautious and smart.

I usually get a flu shot when I go for my yearly check up but they never offer a COVID booster. I haven’t had one in a long time. Are they necessary every year?

My heart felt so weird after the first two Covid shots that I wasn’t going to risk it with a booster

Oof, that's way too expensive and it's really unjust how awful healthcare is in our country. It's too favored to pharmacies and corporations, and it's sickening no pun intended

That sucks, I'm really sorry your mom experienced that. I do believe what you're telling me, and although rare, there's been a very small amount of incidents where people experience that after a mRNA COVID vaccine so hopefully one day, we can find out why some people experience it

That really sucks, and I'm sorry. It's inhumane how terrible our healthcare in the States is

As long as you're able to keep getting boosters, you definitely should because they are updated every year in August to best combat current strains going around, and each booster only lasts for around six months

You can also get a flu vaccine and COVID booster at the same time which is nice
