All of them. They’re your kids, not your friends.

What’s the point of option 1 when u have 2 and 3?

Actively harming themself because in my eyes that includes all the above except for the last option. Even though I’d still want to be involved in that as well

I think “harming themselves” is a good metric and kind of covers all the bad things that results from the others. But I do think there’s an argument to intervene before any harm happens. If your kid is doing weed etc they aren’t necessarily harming themselves, but I would want to intervene to make sure they know the importance of moderation, safety, and possible consequences so that they are watching themselves *before* they are harmed

I’d post more options but that was the limit n these were the main things to come to mind. These are mainly for adult children, not necessarily children below the age of 18

i wouldn't care if my kid was smoking weed every now and then, but being dependent on it i would. i'd draw the line at things like coke and molly though because they're highly addictive and typically laced with fillers or other drugs

Um before any of this?? No kid should be doing drugs?!

I think it’s less about respecting boundaries and more abt i want my child to feel comfortable opening up abt all of these.

Um as a child I don’t want them doing any of it but when they’re 18 I don’t care if they do legal drugs

I am totally fine with my child 16+ experimenting with drugs/alc, monitored at home but if it becomes an issue where they are using without me or without telling me then I will intervene, I know kids that age will do it anyway so Id rather it be done safely and to my knowledge than otherwise, for any harm self inflicted or otherwise im 100% stepping in

I mean if I have reason to believe my kid is in danger for any of these reasons I would want to do what I can to help them. Flawed question

Depends on age. Also “harmed” is vague

more like take out option three bc if you have a problem with legal drugs i can’t imagine you’d be ok with illegal drugs
