Depends how bad or if I know the cause, coffee staining and nicotine staining are not equal, like mine arent great from a lot of mental health struggle so 99% of the time I dont even notice

I only notice peoples teeth when they’re ABSURDLY nice. Other than their smiles, someone can have stained ish teeth and a great smile still

My enamel is so thin that it makes the yellow dentin appear a lot, vs actual staining I have little of

I don’t even drink coffee and have never touched nicotine

Oh and I also drink soda like every other month, I blame my moms genetics and partially eating too much sugar as in pastries. That’s it.
