No it doesn’t. Love isn’t something you break off because of a disagreement, and just because someone has hatred in their heart doesn’t mean you abandon them. Whether or not you can accept other people’s faults is actually one of the greatest tests of your character

And a great test of your character is your ability to stand by your own beliefs and morals in the face of challenge. Im perfectly capable of putting aside disagreements, homophobia and queer rights is not a simple disagreement.

I cannot love someone who hates other people for simply being alive as they are. Hating someone for being trans or gay is equal to hating someone for being black. Do you excuse racism as well?

Absolutely wrong. You are not smartest person in the world. Forgiveness is always the most important attribute someone can have. Accepting that you don’t know everyone’s story, and that hatred can exist for any reason. That’s my belief

Do you A: have an adverse opinion of a couple people who happen to be in the community for reasons OTHER THAN their identity B: have an adverse opinion of THE WHOLE community BECAUSE of their identities? C: have an adverse opinion of a couple people in the community BECAUSE of their identities? If A, you're not queerphobic. If B or C, you are queerphobic

Ok ok I just looked up the definition of adverse, and I do not want to cause harm to the community. A better word would be I have an averse opinion of the community. And yes, as a whole, though this does not lead me to treat anyone in the community differently at all

A belief is different from human rights. When that belief crosses over and hurts people outside that faith it’s no longer valid. For example religions that believe in child marriage. That’s affecting someone else’s free will and quality of life. A belief is not eating shrimp or hooved animals.
