But I'll admit I do sometimes say stuff like "if you get it you get it" after I've already tried to explain something and someone just doesn't understand and I don't know what else I can say. I don't take joy in leaving their curiosity unsatisfied but if it reaches that point then I probably just read the room wrong by bringing it up in the first place, and the comment wasn't for them.
