oh well i voted for the bottom one but if the top person actually changes my stance in the end sure i support them more. if the fight ends and my side still totally lost, its hard to support that individual person but i would still root for my side

I agree but there is still factual points to be made in every argument, just because the topic is subjective doesnt mean your argument has to/should be, if you cant support your view with fact then the view is unfounded end of

The problem is that the relevance of facts is normally what’s being debated. Sure 90% of people like apples and only 80% like oranges, but does that make Apple better? What if the people that like oranges get more satisfaction out of them than people who like apples get out of apples? What about people who haven’t tried oranges?
