Change in the br or ask them to step out for a sec if they arent busy/comfortable, we know each others schedules and usually arent around anyways so its not a problem on the off occasion to ask them for a moment

Even if I lived alone I’m not taking a shower and walking around nude, it’s not like anyone should not be bringing a towel with them when taking a shower anyways
