At that point it might just not be helping the root cause of your acne. Have you had blood tests?

I would. I know they took mine to rule out thyroid and hormone disorders, as those can also cause acne (and accutane wont really do anything if those are to blame). Accutanes really hard on your body, im actually shocked if your doc hasnt been checking your blood first

it was over a few years like 8th grade 10th grade and freshman year of college and now I’m a senior so it has been a lot but not consecutively if that makes sense?? also my blood tests would come back normal when i was on it but do I have to get a specific one done??

Id just ask your doctor what they recommend. Tell them your concerns and go from there

Oh yeah im just not a doctor and theres a million types of blood tests lol. Theyd have to go off ur medical history n junk
