I like Barbosa as a character the best, but Davy Jones as an antagonist the best. Beckett is also a sleeper, he might be the most evil in the series.

I don’t know if I would really consider Norrington a true antagonist. He is antagonistic sometimes, but he has plays the part of a hero at times too

I liked how Beckett's whole thing was that he was supposed to be super smart and tactical and still got outsmarted. Davy Jones is also cool, it's amazing to me how the CGI of his beard still holds up exceedingly well against modern graphics.
