Oh my god dude this is wayyyyyyy too fast. Honestly I’d be trying to get an abortion but you don’t have control over that and it sounds like it’s late. You NEED a prenup. If she’s immature enough to want to get pregnant after 3 MONTHS she cannot be trusted to be mature in a divorce. Absolutely do NOT get married without a prenup

Don’t propose unless you truly see yourself with her for the long run. If you’re going to propose though don’t do it without a prenup, I wouldn’t budge on that.

Transfer all money, bank accounts to parents, and assets titles such as home and car to your parents before marriage. Then if divorce happens, none of those assets belong to you, so they will get nothing

Be verrrrry careful trying to do this. If there’s evidence that you concealed your assets before a prenup then it can nullify the entire agreement.

This entire thing is a terrible idea all around. She shouldn’t have been wanting a baby. You shouldn’t have let that happen. If you could have a conversation about how you need to wait and terminate the pregnancy that would be ideal but by the sounds of things she is not going to do that. Three months is not a stable time for a child to be born into this is not good for anyone involved, including the child. Now is damage control. You NEED a prenup.

I recently got out of a relationship where she wanted a baby and marriage way too fast and was offended at the concept of a prenup. And i know now that’s because she was emotionally immature and frankly I’m very glad she couldn’t get pregnant.
