Interesting prompts! While I do believe law enforcement DO receive training and DO have policies in place- I don’t exactly think they’re super effective.

It’s kind of too late for you to do anything with this but gender nonconforming people are already at an increased risk of victimization, excluding them entirely from the gender demographic limits the quality of demographic info
