I lost weight bc I’m a late/middle of the night binger and I couldn’t exactly sneak right downstairs around the kitchen at night anymore and I was too cheap to buy my own food and the dining is closed

No, but that was because I had an eating disorder and hardly ate my freshman semester. Then in my junior year I got help and gained a lot of weight

I didn’t cause I still lived at home my freshman year. I’m 1000% sure if I moved away for college I would’ve tho

I got a reverse freshman 15 and lost almost 20 lbs because of illness

No because I had to walk 15 minutes to every class, food and workout habits stayed relatively the same

Developed a nicotine addiction and I’m down 20 by my senior year (I was already underweight so it’s kinda problem now (don’t smoke if you don’t have a big appetite or just in general because it’s horrific))

i feel like if anything i lost weight because of the constant walking and tbh eating less because i didn’t have food as readily available as i did @ home

I gained the freshman 15, lost the sophomore 30, then another 10 or so til I was underweight. Now I’m starting to gain weight again at my first full time job

I feel that. Im glad you got help. I definitely had some disordered eating my freshman year where I was restricting but my sophomore year my binge ed took off so then I started putting on weight and have been struggling with food addiction ever since.

Actually I’m thinking ab this still and I don’t think it’s that I was too cheap. It’s also that I knew better than to stock food in my dorm knowing myself. But you can’t really help it when there’s a kitchen full of food and no dining hall. Actually kinda miss having a cutoff time to food access.. could use that again bc I’m back to that night binging..
