Ask for something casual like meeting up for coffee or lunch sometime. Takes the pressure off a bit. Also, be chill if she says no. Best way to act is interested but also unbothered by rejection.

This! You can absolutely ask someone out without making her uncomfortable. Don’t say “crush” or make it sound like you’re obsessed with her, just ask her to lunch/dinner/coffee - you can even have plausible deniability if she doesn’t see it as a date
