Probably wouldn’t want it then, I’m trans and pre transition so if both are swapped I still have the same problem just the other way around lol. If it was just gender or just sex though, I’d absolutely take it

Well, you have to stay that gender till the next Full moon whenever you decide to change your gender. And it's also once per full moon. So you can't change back if you make a mistake. So you would need to let all your friends know, or...
