I’m cool showers all the way. I do kind of lukewarm-ish to cool showers. Sometimes I’ll start a little warmer but I’ll actually turn it colder and colder as I shower so it’s not so much of a shock.

That’s so fair, I have definitely done that. Colder water before getting out feels refreshing

Wakes you up too. I typically shower in the morning. Unless I’ve been busy sweating or working out or getting dirty with whatever.

I have to be careful w it for the same reason but sometimes I’ll start it very hot and make it kinda like sauna-y and then gradually turn the hot water totally off and it’s very refreshing
