It cut off but the second choice is “birthday person pays for everyone” and the third is “birthday person doesn’t pay (others cover)”

I expect everyone pays for their own especially if bday person planned it themself or was involved in planning but I am always prepared for bday person not to pay bc I dont think thats unreasonable, splitting one meal across however many people, even in small groups, is usually only a couple bucks and much less than I would spend on a gift
