Depends on the definition of force, but from my knowledge and research of fluid dynamics, the answer is women (assuming that the urethra cross-sections have equal area). Women have higher flow (liquid per second) and men have lower velocity due to resistance from longer urethra length, the only unmeasurable factor is the area. Q=va

Wtf type of question is this? If anything is less about gender and more about age I would assume, because the older you are the harder it probably is the use the bathroom and by old i mean 80+. Gender is irrelevant.
