Before meeting my gf I would’ve said solid 4. Maybe 5-6. After being with my gf, I somehow said 7-8 just now. I think I have the potential of an 8 but rn I’m a 6.5

That’s a good point. We all have our rating relative to the small circles we’re in. For example “New York 9” refers to a beautiful person who’d be a 10 anywhere in the world but a 9 in NYC. On a global scale irl our rating could go up or down. On a side note, insta sucks bc it’s like you’re living inside a modeling group in NYC. Distorts our perception to feel worse
