If you added up all of your available credit (the potential amount of money you can put on all of your cards) how much do you have?

If you only spend what you have then you should just use your debit card. There’s not actually any good reason to use a credit card.

Also a “good” credit score of 700 means nothing if you’ve never had a loan. That would be entirely dismissed in any situation

There are definitely good reasons to use a credit card. Subtract expected yearly inflation from apr and then add together the cards benefits. Often times you can actually save money on purchases using a card. The banks benefit because they receive the interest payment and third party companies benefit from an annuity. You benefit by spending less on purchases than you would otherwise

Actually, I didn’t think about this. It doesn’t work everyone, but there are ways to MAKE money using a credit card. I’m not econ or finance savvy but ik there’s a way

The benefits of a credit card can be really good, and the consumer protections are better on credit cards than debit cards
