Does anyone feel physically sick in the mornings before work? I don’t have the issue on weekends pr holidays, but I’ll feel like I caught something (headaches, aching all over, dizzy, exhausted, etc)

I used to as well and I know everyone isn’t in the position to, but I found that switching jobs cured all of it. Sometimes it really is the jobs fault

This is why I’m all for flexibility. You never know the situation that your employee may be going through and everyone responds to stress differently. “Toughing something out” works a few times but it’s never sustainable if the stress is part of your routine. You would not believe how productive I am when I’m not stressed.

Just because something comes very easily to you doesn’t mean the same thing will come easily to the person next to you.
