Parmesan is more Italian but I feel like it might make pizza too strong because it’s a very strong cheese
I know from experience in making many pizza bagels without mozzarella on hand that cheddar is SHOCKINGLY good for pizza
All the animals that make mozzarella cheese would be cows tho? 😭 so the answer to this would be goat cheese or sm shit
