Recovering from severe depression rn. Used to shower ever 7-10 days because I didn’t have enough energy to take care of myself. Same for brushing teeth, taking meds, and even eating. Just wouldn’t do it until I couldn’t not do it. Now I shower every 2-3 days, take my meds most days, eat most days, and brush my teeth every 1-2 days but still forget.
