Should I confront my girlfriend’s crazy parents? They gave her Ivermectin to treat a cold, won’t let her go to medical appointments unless they’re there, and won’t let her have her own bank account. Her mom is the instigator and dad lets it happen.

Have her confront them? They’re going to take her telling them her own opinions better than some guy critiquing their parenting. If you go off on them without her involvement, you’re just going straight onto the list of things she’s not allowed to do. also assuming she’s 18, they just straight up can’t prevent her from going to the doctor or opening a bank account, she can just go do that, no conversation necessary.
