if you are rejecting someone purely on the basis of their sexuality you are biphobic, literally the entire point of the poll would love to see a valid argument against this actually bc every one ive seen is just biphobia

Every excuse someone gives on why they wouldn't date a bi person is biphobic - you DONT HAVE to date bi people but that does make you biphobic and its ok to admit that

That's what I'm saying, you dont need to date/sleep with anyone you dont want to, but the reasons people give for not wanting to get with bi people are biphobic - I also am not bisexual

There’s a difference between not being attracted to someone of a certain sexual orientation and having an irrational fear or hatred of bisexual people. I don’t owe any bi person my attraction

You don’t owe sure but if u are attracted to someone and then discover they are bisexual and suddenly become not attracted to them then you ARE biphobic. Simply because for their bisexuality to be a dealbreaker for you it must mean you hold some sort of prejudice against bi people subconsciously. Otherwise them being bi has absolutely no consequences or impact on the relationship. Who they have liked in the past has nothing to do with you and them now.This is js like saying no cuz of body counts

Nobody is saying you MUST date a bisexual person if they ask you out. Think of somebody you’d be attracted to and would date. If you then found out they were bi, would you still date them? Like yeah at the end of the day your body your choices but its important to understand why you make certain choices
