if she makes a mistake again, report her. idk what your relationship is like w your bosses but if they hear that you've been covering for her for a year, it might look bad on you too

I’m not technically “covering” anything. We have to peer review everyone else’s work and correct it if there are mistakes anyway, it’s just that her work almost always has massive mistakes. The kind you expect from someone just starting, not with 5 years of experience here. The one time one of the mistakes got through we all had to work 2 weekends straight to clean up.
