If you have this constantly and it comes with chest pain, but you have not been able to find an underlying cause, please ask your doctor to consider costochondritis (chest wall inflammation) This happened to me and once they figured out it was that it was just easier to treat

I don’t have pain but I have constant palpitations and it drives me crazy feeling my heart beat all the time

Tbh mine also started like that, the pain only came a bit later, but like… what I thought were heart palpitations were like just off where the actual heart was so it only seemed like it was my heart. Check around to see if you can ever catch like a muscle spasm near your chest, if so your heart is probably fine and it’s muscle related.
