When your uterine lining grows in places that aren’t your uterus. Basically internal bleeding, cuz the blood has nowhere to go, causes a bunch of inflammation, can scar tissue, and glue organs together, etc. that’s why it hurts crazy bad

I mean, personally, my genetics suck due to cancer and mental health. However, not everyone with endo shares this experience so this is kind of an unfair statement.

No it isn’t. Having a genetic disease is bad genetics. You women call short men genetically inferior all the time even though we’re perfectly functional. Meanwhile women with a literal genetic disease can’t be told they have bad genes either?

The only way to truly diagnose endo is with laparoscopic surgery. The ultrasounds can help them see your anatomy to prep before going in surgically, but most endo isn’t visible on scans. My surgeon told me the ultrasounds weren’t necessary if I didn’t want to do them

Okay first off, no one here brought up male genetics. Secondly, endo isn’t entirely genetic; yes, it can be inherited, but it can be caused by environmental factors as well.
