just ask her if that’s what she’d be down to do. the thing is, if u take a woman to an expensive place, that’s putting pressure on ur date. if she lets u pay, it’s not uncommon for men to make women feel like they owe their date something for paying for the meal, which could make her uncomfortable. if u split it, then there’s some financial pressure depending on her job situation if she didn’t get the chance to give her opinion on the price point of the place. so yeah just ask
